This adorable mix between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle is also sometimes called a “Cavoodle.” These little pups thrive on human companionship. Cavapoos are friendly, energetic, and intelligent, and come in a variety of colors. Most often, these dogs have a soft, Poodle-like coat, but some have the Cavalier’s longer, silkier coat. Cavapoos make great companions, get along well with everyone (people and pets alike), and are happy living in any size home.

The Cavapoo is a loving and playful designer that is generally easy to train. They are often eager to please and form strong bonds with their family.

The Cavalier is often bred to either the Toy or Miniature variety of Poodle. It is very unlikely that Cavapoo will have a Standard Poodle parent.

Cavapoos are often gentle, sweet, and calm. Their size and disposition make them an excellent choice for apartment living or with young children.
